I must admit that I would not have always given this rating to this dealership as I have not always had good service there. The Service Advisers (not just Michael but also Dan)have been extremely professional and courteous even during the times that I may not have been so easy to deal with. This dealership has made improvements in customer service that deserve to be recognized. John Thompson was the first one there who took the time I felt I deserved and made me feel like I was important as a customer. I know that he does not take the credit for transforming (in my eyes) the service department and credits the entire Mini team for their efforts.
