Well they lied to me and told me the ceramic coating was going to be on the vehicle. I had asked to remove it from the price and was specifically told by the sales man Tyler that the coating had already bee going to be on the vehicle. I stated I didnt want the ceramic coating so they brought the coating down to $1199. When I came to pick up the vehicle I was given the box with the ceramic coating products in it. Anyone who knows about ceramic coating knows how labor intensive it is and that you should paint correct the vehicle prior to ceramic coating. This wasn't done and I paid for it even though I was told the ceramic coating was completed. Therefore I believe I was lied to by the sale person. Even if he didnt know what he was talking about he should have stated this instead of completely telling inaccurate information. More

Jacob helped narrow down which trucks to look at and to test drive ended up with a nicer truck than I expected too. He was friendly and helpful submitted my credit app and came back the next Saturday after test drive ended up with a nicer truck than I expected too.
