Steve Smith was very pleasant, accommodating and low key during the two visits to Minuteman where I test drove a Tiguan. On the day we bought the car, I decided kind of at the last minute to go ahead and purchase crossbars for the roof rack rails, figuring it would involve more time and another, separate trip to Bedford again if I did not purchase them that day. While we were waiting for my insurance company to fax their paperwork, Steve installed the crossbars for me himself, which turned out not to be an easy job, and wound up taking the better part of 45 minutes. Getting the rubber guard strips into the tracks proved extremely difficult, but Steve persisted and prevailed. He went way above and beyond what any other sales person would have done and in doing so, saved me money and hassle. He has a nice way about him, friendly, informative but not in-your-face like so many other people who sell cars. We look forward to buying a car from him again. More

He was patient with us as we took our time coming to a decision. He answered all of our questions and, in general, took good care of us. There was the usual haggling over price, but we never felt pressured or rushed. During the delivery Tim worked hard to make sure all of our requests were met, and the car was delivered as promised. While we were waiting to take the car home we had a chance to talk with another customer who was waiting while his Golf was being serviced. He had nothing but praise for the service department at Minuteman. I was happy to hear that and look forward to excellent service for my wife's Jetta. I'm also looking forward to driving the Jetta TDI whenever my wife isn't using it. It's a great car and so much fun to drive. More
