I am so happy that Brandy Perry is back. I had decided that I would not purchase anymore vehicles from Gallatin Chrysler Dodge because Brandy was no longer there in service. She is the best I had decided that I would not purchase anymore vehicles from Gallatin Chrysler Dodge because Brandy was no longer there in service. She is the best service individual I have ever had. This is my 9th Jeep. She know her vehicles. Jeep, Dodge and Ram trucks. Anyway Brandy is very attentive to individuals and their vehicles. So happy she's back. She would make one great manager. More

The whole experience was unexceptable. I took our vehicle in because it wasn’t running and the dealership had a list of things they wanted me to pay for. They wanted nearly $1000 to replac I took our vehicle in because it wasn’t running and the dealership had a list of things they wanted me to pay for. They wanted nearly $1000 to replace and install a battery. And after getting the vehicle home we discovered that they broke the plastic on the side of the driver seat. I will never be back to this dealership again. More
