We are very sorry for your recent service experience. We place a strong emphasis on treating our customers with courtesy and professionalism. As to your current recall, we are fairly certain your vehicle falls into the category of one that has been recalled, however parts are not currently available. Ford has instructed us to inspect vehicles and to check the onboard diagnostics for fault codes. If any are present, we are to hold the vehicle and replace the faulty part with the limited number of replacement parts currently available. If the inspection/diagnosis is negative, we are to release the car until the replacement parts become available. We believe this to be the case with this reviewer. It is unfortunate that this was not communicated properly or you felt we did so with a condescending tone. Again, we train our service personnel to treat customers professionally and to do their best to communicate without using industry slang. We have shared this review with our personnel as an opportunity to improve future communications to our customers. We hope to be able to assist this reviewer in the future.
