That is great news and thank you for the positive review. And more good news is that Toyota is coming out with a plug in car that is called the Toyota Plug-in hybrid. With the Plug-in's extended EV mode, you will be able to make many of your daily local trips without using a single drop of gas and because it's backed by Hybrid Synergy Drive, you could get up to 475 miles on a single tank, depending on driving conditions. You also get the convenience of Plug-in charging and rapid recharge times: 3 hours with a standard 120v household outlet or 1.5 hours with a 240v outlet. Travis I know I can't do anything to change your mind and let me say I do appreciate you acknowledging the exceptional price with a "5" and the "3" on friendliness. We did examine every possible solution but there is no DVD player that takes two DVD's, we didn't order the vehicle we located one after the one we thought we could get from another dealer was not available. I feel for a fellow Polk County resident who lives and works here daily your words were too harsh, especially considering all we tried to do. I would hope your heart would allow you to reconsider your damaging remarks. Elton: Once again, I am being told a different story. If you recall this deal, then you should know that there were two vans "ordered" and came from Jax port. The one originally ordered for us had to go back to the port because they put the wrong dvd player in it. Only when we arrived was it realized the wide screen dvd was in the gray interior. Also, there was no toyoguard on either one. I am not trying to be harsh, just stating what my experience was with Winter Haven Toyota. Unfortunately, you guys didn't know your product, made a deal and then appeared to be more willing to get out of the deal than rectify it by buying us a dvd player to put in it as the 2nd one. I truly feel that your staff falls short with knowing the products. You were extremely friendly with offering to buy the van back from us; however, that is not the correct way of doing business in my eyes or many others who buy products. Please just send your guys and girls through some product training so this doesn't happen to another customer. I stand behind my words, I stand behind my ratings, and I offered my name and phone number to anyone wishing to contact me about my dealings with Winter Haven Toyota so they can hear my complete deal. I apologize if you feel the words were harsh, but an honest answer is well deserved.
