They want me to pay close to $900.00 dollars for 72 months for the gr, my Accord 2.0t sport 2020 is 1k more expensive than the GR86 and my payments are less than $500.00, and now with a better credit and these people want to charge me almost $900.00 a month for 72 months, that’s CRAZY!!! I'm writing this review for my father (Joseph Roldan) who does not have a google account. He came to this dealership for a new car, thought he got a good deal with a Toyota Corolla and signed off on all t does not have a google account. After an hour of speaking with the finance guy, he thought the Corolla may be too small for him as he is a disabled Veteran. He asked if he could switch to a bigger car and was advised once he signed the title, etc. the car is his and there was nothing he could do. He then asked to speak to the General Manager, who sold him on a Camry. At the end of the sale, he returned to the finance guy & was told he lost the down payment he originally put on the Corolla. They consider this to be a "trade in" even though the car was never driven off the lot. He is very upset with their service, and feels they stole his money on the Corolla. Be aware of what you're signing because there's a lot of paperwork they throw at you. Best to think about it overnight. More

Went to fix AC toyota highlander 2012 and the suv had to be fixed at this dealership over 5 times and over 2k in charges and many times without the vehicle and at times with my kids without AC! They are good at one thing, giving excuses and inventing stories of what could be wring so you end up paying thousands! This jeep was never cleaned or even inspected by the service department I found marijuana under the passenger seat.. I rolled away on low tires front tires as well as a screw in drivers rear which I noticed a few miles down the road while leveling tire pressure Filthy interior .Was told I'd receive a gift card towards cleaning (never arrived) I waited in the show room while the car was supposedly detailed The cars cabin could have been covid filled who knows....this is not a time in our nations history to drop the ball on cleaning and disinfection. I was just informed by my insurance company that this thing was in a wreck which wasn't disclosed and I would never have baught it.. To make matters worse since friday I am having transmission problems.. I didn't expect this from a larger dealership maybe a buy here pay here. In the end I have a devalued vehicle I payed full price for which already needs to get service work. I have no confidence in this vehicle and feel completely depressed over this situation. To make matters worse they didn't fully pay off my trade. More
