Michael Howard is THE GUY One early morning, i walked into the dealership not knowing what i wanted. But i knew i was sick and tired of my old car so i needed a new one. I was One early morning, i walked into the dealership not knowing what i wanted. But i knew i was sick and tired of my old car so i needed a new one. I was greeted with a smile by Michael Howard who was at the door and ready to see to my needs. He offered me a cup of coffee and some popcorn. I sat down in his cubicle and he began by asking me what it was that i needed. He was very calm and professional and didn't try to overwhelm me with a bunch of cars that he thought i would like. He actually listened to my needs. After the first overview, i went by the dealership again and there he was like that same smile. I must make clear that this was my first time ever buying a car and having to deal with the process. Michael made everything as simple as possible and was very honest all the way. I told him i was interested in the Tucson and he suggested a test drive. The drive was smooth and he even made me go over potholes and trust me i didn't feel anything it. I initially wanted to get the white color but them changed my mind a few days after. I reached out to him about that and although the dealership didn't have the color i wanted, there was another one on its way to the dealership. I was in no rush so i decided to wait for the car. Michael calls me 3 days later to tell me that there would be some delays in the arrival time but he could get me the same car, same everything from another dealership in 2 days. Again i was like cool, no rush. However,, i didn't appreciate the courtesy of him reaching out to me to update me on the status of the car. I felt that was awesome. Anyways, car get to the dealership i go for a test drive again in the one i actually purchased; loved it mom loved it. Huge upgrade from my junk. lol. Met with Stephen Hopkins; amazing awesome smart guy. He weren't over the finance and protection options with me. i loved his office space very comfortable. Signed a bunch of papers. Easy Easy Easy. Wow. My conversations with Steve however wasn't always about the money money money. He actually a cool guy very open and explained 'credit score' to me. He also gave me a bunch of tips on how to maintain a string financial record. Man, these Mirak Guys are awesome. Enjoyed doing business with them. Love love love the popcorn machine. More
