Mirak Chevy made a much better impression on me and my friend, than the person whose review I read today. Maybe I would not have gone there if I had seen the poor review first, so I am glad I didn't, beca friend, than the person whose review I read today. Maybe I would not have gone there if I had seen the poor review first, so I am glad I didn't, because I took away nothing but good impressions from my experience at Mirak Chevrolet and Mirak Hyundai. I am shopping for a new car (or used) and went to Mirak Saturday. We started at the Chevrolet side. They have two stores on Mass Ave. One Hyundai and one Chevrolet. The salesman we talked to first was friendly and helpful. He understood that we were only looking at car and that we were going to go to the Hyundai part too. He took his time and showed us the cars he had outside and then showed us the Cobalt and something else that was a little too much money for me, but we were told that we could easily get a used one for much less, and that made sense. We were just shopping, but he was gave us his full attention the whole time. His name was Michael, and when I said we were going to look at Hyundai, he actually walked us over to the other building and introduced us to the sales manager. After seeing both, I am probably going to buy a new Hyundai, but I can recommend the Chevrolet people without any hesitation. Everybody at Mirak was good to us as far as great customer service goes. It isn't the closest dealership, but it is the best one I went to so far More
I found a 1 year old truck they had online and was very interested. I stopped in and the salesman seemed VERY uninterested. He was older and acted like he really didn't want to be there. In the middle o interested. I stopped in and the salesman seemed VERY uninterested. He was older and acted like he really didn't want to be there. In the middle of showing me the truck, he received a personal call on his cell phone. He then proceeded to talk on his cell phone right in the middle of showing me the truck, and then actually wandered off (still on his phone and without saying anything to me- literally just leaving me standing there) and never came back. It was surreal. I literally bought the same model truck at a different dealership the next day. They actually talked to me. GM then sent me a survey on what I thought about my visit (I had scheduled it online). I put down that the salesman just "wandered off". Waste of time. I later found their prices to be overly expensive anyway. More
