Prior to the leasing of my Acura TSX i leased an MDX from Norm Reeves Dealership. At the end of my lease I went to Acura of Mission Viejo to see what my options were once again. Nick was professional, friendly, and knowlegable regarding the product. I felt he answered all my questions and his non aggressive approach was appealing. It was a win win experience. I can honestly say that circumstances beyond my control forced me to replace the same Acura TL I previously owned. I was pleased to find the same make, model, and especially the exterior color. Black Acura TLs during my time of search was so hard to find and I was so excited to see your dealership had one in its possession for sale. At the time of purchase your dealership was in competition of my sale with another Acura Dealership in San Jose. Yes, their customer service was outstanding too, but a gut feeling told me to come to Mission Viejo for the better quality vehicle. I was so moved with the customer service, agreed APR, mileage, that I insisted on flying from San Francisco that morning. Dr. Nick picked me up from the airport. I didn't expect him to pick me up in the Acura TL I was planning on buying. Such a smooth move. He gave me a chance to drive it from the airport to the dealership. It rode and drove as smooth as he mentioned to me over the phone and the other features were well beyond my expectation. This dealership and the Dr. Nick would receive three thumbs up from me, if physically possible. I would more than likely shop here again if need be with recommendation to family and friends.
