Daniel was the only reason I came into the dealership and the primary reason I signed on-site. His email outreach the month prior was consistent enough not to bury in my inbox but not so often to be bothers the primary reason I signed on-site. Compared to other dealers- he listened to what I wanted and didn’t repeat questions. On-site, he continued to listen, was never condescending or impatient with questions or negotiations. I did have a lower offer elsewhere and while I do wish and feel the dealership could have shown further flexibility in pricing, it wasn’t so much that I was willing to start over with another salesman. I didn’t know much about Mission Viejo Kia when I stopped by. I knew it was a new location, so I wanted to check it out, as my current lease was ending soon. I can’t say enough great things about this dealer by. I knew it was a new location, so I wanted to check it out, as my current lease was ending soon. I can’t say enough great things about this dealership and Mike Spigarelli and Josh Kosi. They were kind, easy to work with, and the transaction was SO easy. We told them what we wanted and we got an amazing deal. I had been around to about 3 dealerships and felt disappointed and annoyed when I left them. With Mike, I didn’t feel all the salesy crap that you get from other dealerships, it just felt real and down to earth. I got exactly what I wanted and I am so thrilled with my new car. More

I had an amazing experience buying from mission viejo Kia! Jacob was tremendously helpful and helped make me feel more secure in buying a car! The listed price is the price you pay which is beyond refreshing considering every other dealership in the area love dropped $4k+ in “add ons” Patterson owned dealerships do not believe in this business model and are probably the most transparent dealerships in Orange County. I cannot rave anymore about this dealership and especially Jacob! I’m sending everybody and anybody to Jacob for their car buying needs! More
