Recall disappointment I had previously called the dealership multiple times with issues on my Velostar. After doing my own research on my car, I came to found out that ther I had previously called the dealership multiple times with issues on my Velostar. After doing my own research on my car, I came to found out that there was a recall on my car causing the code my car was giving. The dealership should have informed me when I called that the recall was there and that it could have been the reason my car wasn't running quite right. After calling the dealership again to schedule a recall, the guy I spoke with wasn't quite sure what I was meaning. I was able to get an appointment to go in TWO weeks later. I show up to the appointment and the drop off goes smoothly. I get a call mere hour later... They inspected the part and told me that it is cracked and damaged and needs to be replaced. I am confused on why they did not fix it that day. I come in to pick up my car and the guys seem to think I don't know what I am talking about because I am a woman. There was little remarks they kept making. I kept asking them why they didn't replace the part that day, the recall was for an inspection and repair. They never gave me a straight answer, instead just telling me that they only had one part in the store and they weren't aloud to use it. After being frustrated with them treating me so poorly because of my gender, I called the hyundai customer center. Come to find out they lied to me, they were suppose to replace the part with the part they had in store, or should have ordered the part when I first made the appointment 2 weeks prior. I was able to get back in to finally get the part replaced and I could tell that they had gotten in trouble. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, as well as they will not be touching my car again. I will drive to the nearest dealership before I take it back to them for a recall. More
tire rotation, oil change I forgot to have the tires rotated when the oil was changed the last time and the vehicle was overdue for a rotation. Oil change and miscellaneous items I was very happy with the quick and thorough service. I was not charged the full price on a couple items since they took less time than normal. My windshield wipers, which I asked to be tended to on my last visit, were fixed with a new pair and no longer make noise when they are on. The service was complete and the staff friendly and helpful. More

Going the extra mile to please... or in my case 600 miles! Troy was great to work with. After stopping at other dealerships in town during my car hunt, it was refreshing to have a salesman leave his desk and Troy was great to work with. After stopping at other dealerships in town during my car hunt, it was refreshing to have a salesman leave his desk and approach me, rather than my having to go hunting for someone to get help. Troy didn’t try to “sell me a car”. He asked what I was interested in then showed me my options. We went on multiple test drives. There was never any pressure to buy. When I couldn’t find my exact car on the lot, he worked with his team to locate one in OR. They worked their magic and 10 days later, my car arrived! And, they delivered it here at no extra cost to me. Troy kept my informed and even came in on his day off to finalize the delivery. Thank you for finding my new Pathfinder! More
