Fast buying experience After a month of going back and forth with Daye, internet manager, by email I was able to get credit through my credit union, sign the paperwork and h After a month of going back and forth with Daye, internet manager, by email I was able to get credit through my credit union, sign the paperwork and have my car within 5 hours. Since my husband was at work with our truck, I had no way to get to the dealership that night. I called Daye and told her I didn't have a way to get up there that night, she told me she would talked to Ken, the manager, and see if they were able to come pick me up. She called back immediately and said they were sending Daltri Freitas down to pick me up in MY car. He came from Missoula to Hamilton. Great customer service Daye, Ken and Daltri did to make sure I had my car that night. Ken promised me a detail since there detailers had already went home for the day by the time we returned with the car. Unfortunately there was only one key that came with the car and I asked to have a spare made, better safe than sorry. Ken said he would make sure a spare was made for me when I came in to have my car detailed. I love my car! I bought it at a very reasonable price, has very low mileage, and when I bought it, it was spotless inside and out. But the dealership insisted I come back to have it detailed because that is a service they like to make sure is done on all vehicles, new and old. I have an appointment next week to have my detail done and key made. Thank you Daye for all the hard work you did for me through email! Thank you Daltri Freitas for the exceptional customer service, the long test drive from Hamilton to Missoula, helping me put the Nissan app on my phone and for making my buying experience great. Thank you Ken for allowing Daltri to come and get me, being persistent on me getting my car detail done and making sure I had my spare key made! Go team! More
