They were not helpful at all. I had questions about my car and they avoided them. I gave one of the associates a coupon for my service and she lost it and another one told me it was already applied to the car and they avoided them. I had a unexpected experience when I went to get my headlight seen about because I have always had good service and friendly staff when I am there and that is why I say unexpected! First they were goin headlight seen about because I have always had good service and friendly staff when I am there and that is why I say unexpected! First they were going to send me home with my car not having a passenger side low beam and told me it will be a week before the part come and I feel like they should of offered me a loaner instead of me explaining why I feel like I need a loaner because I do drive at night and I cannot drive with one headlight nor can I drive with my high beams on the whole time! I was also accused of putting paper inside my headlight that could of caused a fire hazard and I explained to the man that I did not do that and he said well someone did and so when I explained to him I have never had a issue with the car and never had to go under the hood for anything he said so you never popped your hood since you got the car and I said only the place where I get my oil changed! The paper evidently was left In The headlight from when the manufacturers put the car together and did not take the paper out but I did not feel like I should of been accused of it! The loaner car was good and my car was ready in 4 days and I have not had any issues with my headlight! I am so sorry to complain about my visit but I was really in shock!! More

This second time we've dealt with this dealership both times we were given a fair price and treated good. After doing research on the vehicles and talking to different dealerships in different towns and S times we were given a fair price and treated good. After doing research on the vehicles and talking to different dealerships in different towns and States we drove two hours to see Ricky a second time(where for the second time he goes above to give good service) we had open discussion good communication on features , prices Etc.... where we were given a fair price for trade in and for the purchase of a new vehicle in two hours.
