Car wasn’t ready on day told it would be, showed to get on the following day as told and no one was there for me to get my car. Called a former salesman who was able to get me in touch with someone in sale on the following day as told and no one was there for me to get my car. My vehicle has been sitting at Mitchell Hyundai since 11/9/21. Took three days to figure out what was wrong with it, after the other two times it was taken there to be looked at and nothing found. Myself and my husband have to reach out to get any kind of updates. We are never called. I drove my vehicle a month before this fiasco started. My Elantra had a couple of recalls on it and the service department got me in quick. There was a slight hiccup but they quickly fixed the issue. No charge to me other than my time and I honestly wasn't both department got me in quick. There was a slight hiccup but they quickly fixed the issue.
