I was not given an estimate. The 60,000 mile service took 3 1/2 hours. The mechanic took time twice to talk on his cell phone. He was also gone for several periods of time. The More

The overall service I received was good. My battery terminal was not tightened and once I got home the car would not crank. I tightened the negative terminal myself and resolved the issue. More
