I took my Hyundai in for its 24,000 mile oil change. I didn't have any wait time. Mr. Bock waited on me immediately. He wrote down my information. I sat down in the customer service area while my car I didn't have any wait time. Mr. Bock waited on me immediately. He wrote down my information. I sat down in the customer service area while my car was serviced. After the service was completed Mr. Bock explained service needed to be completed at the next appointment. More

As always good experience with service. I was surprised that they said cabin and engine air filter at 16k miles needed replacing and feel $156 is a little steep but I’ll just check those a I was surprised that they said cabin and engine air filter at 16k miles needed replacing and feel $156 is a little steep but I’ll just check those and clean or replace them myself before I bring it in for scheduled service from now on. Overall very happy with the whole service experience. More
