Everyone was professional and respectful. I was there 1 1/2 hours for my first maintenance service. I especially appreciated the car wash. The people are always really nice and easy to communicate with. On the other hand my car went in for a paint job and I got it back and it’s still not fixed completely. Things that shouldn't break tend to break after being serviced at Mitchell Hyundai. Took my car in for a radiator leak. All 4 shocks were empty. Rode like a horse and buggy. Was going to charge me around $800 or something like that just for the parts. Found all 4 online for just over $200. Needed a/c serviced. Picked up the car after then having it for 4 days, car wasn't even looked at then I picked it up and found the driver side door handle broke off in the cup holder. Workers are super friendly; place is clean, but shady workmanship in their service department. More
