Thank you for your review and your business. We are constantly trying to improve wait times. One way would be to schedule less appointments during the day and not except any walk ins or emergencies. The current labor force is a problem everywhere and we are hiring as many qualified technicians as we can find. We certainly hope to be able to reduce wait time in the future. Thank you again
