Yesterday I had my car serviced at Mitchell Hyundai dealership in Enterprise Alabama and had the most pleasant experience ever. The building was nice , clean, cool, and the associates I encountered w dealership in Enterprise Alabama and had the most pleasant experience ever. The building was nice , clean, cool, and the associates I encountered were all friendly, most especially the service department man that I dealt with. He was a young man by the name of John J. Keen. He was so kind, courteous, respectful and helpful. At one time in my career I was a customer service manager for Winn-Dixie, went to be a front-end manager. While at Winn-Dixie I taught new hire orientation and customer service classes. I am a manager at a dry cleaners. I told her friend last night on the phone what a pleasant experience I had and what great customer service he provided. I would have to say that the young gentleman that I dealt with is a huge asset to your company and I applaud him for his customer service skills. Kudos to whoever hired him! I know from my own experience that people will gladly pay more to be treated nicely. More

I've been going here when they were at a different location in Enterprise more than a decade ago. The service Department is the reason. I take all my cars here to include my Subaru and my Ford Excur location in Enterprise more than a decade ago. The service Department is the reason.
