Mitchell Hyundai is the best dealership hands down!! I bought my first Santa Fe in 2007 !!! Since then I have had 3 other Santa Fe’s and now a Palaside!!! The best staff I have ever encountered in a deale bought my first Santa Fe in 2007 !!! Since then I have had 3 other Santa Fe’s and now a Palaside!!! Needed work done on vehicle using an extended warranty. Not sure if it was a problem with the warranty company or Mitchell service but the work was not done. Mitchell claims the service was denied by the c Not sure if it was a problem with the warranty company or Mitchell service but the work was not done. Mitchell claims the service was denied by the company. The warranty company says that the claim was not denied but they were unable to get adequate information from Mitchell service to process the claim. After harshly scolding and threatening the warranty company. I am going to give Mitchell service another shot, so this rating is flexible depending on outcome. Happily due to the diligence of Mitchell service the issue has been resolved. More
