Preliminary Got a fair value for my trade in , but found a dent on top of trunk so whoever is doing the inspection is not doing his or her job, not pleased. Honest and professional I shopped around at about six different dealers in the area to find the best price. I finally got a very low offer and was about to take it even thoug I shopped around at about six different dealers in the area to find the best price. I finally got a very low offer and was about to take it even though it wasn't my preferred color when Paula called and let me know they will beat the lowest price if presented with a written offer. They were also able to source the exact color I wanted. I showed her the offer and she hooked me up with Adam who got right to the point and drew up the contract to match and slightly beat the offer exactly as promised. There was a $250 VIN etching charge that got squeezed in the contract but he removed it as soon as I mentioned I didn't want it. In few days, they had my car ready to go and Adam did a great job famiarizing me with my new car and maintenance suggestions. The closer/finance guy, Josh was also extremely professional and didn't push anything once I initially declined the usual extras they offer. He also saved me a trip to the DMV by cancelling my registration on the trade-in. There no hidden charges that magically appeared as I was about to sign and Josh even pointed out that the VIN etching was optional before he noticed it was already struck from the contract. Overall, the team here delivered exactly what they promised and displayed a high degree of professional integrity. More
