The service department is appallingly unprofessional and untrustworthy. After confusion and delay when arriving for a scheduled appointment (they seemed to run the place as first come first served, ignoring untrustworthy. Another highly reputable mechanic subsequently determined there is no head gasket leak, rather charged me $40 to replace an oil pressure switch. Mitchell also quoted over 2X what another dealer charges to make a duplicate remote key fob. I WILL NEVER let them touch my car again. More
I inquired about the car that saw through cars.com. The car was in stock and the internet description was accurate. Chris was very friendly and helpful. I felt the price that they gave me for my trade-in w car was in stock and the internet description was accurate. Chris was very friendly and helpful. I felt the price that they gave me for my trade-in was fair considering its condition. There a couple of thing about the used car that they failed to mention but the price reflected the condition I suppose. The only problem I had is that I had to wait over an hour for the finance person to finish. Overall I would recommend the dealership. More
Traded in 2010 Outback that I had also purchased & had serviced at Mitchell. I liked the Outback but it was going off warrantee so I had them give me a trade-in price on a 2014 Forrester. The price & trade was right and very competitive with other dealers, & I like their low pressure approach so i decided to purchase it there. They did a great job of getting my car, prepping it, and steamlining the trade, paperwork, etc. My experience with Mitchell over the past 3 years was a major reason for me to purchase there again. I would recomend this dealership very high for freindlyness . They took very good care of me from beginning to end.
