No Sound The sales & financing process went smoothly. However as I was about to leave in my 2016 S60 Cross Country, we realized the sound didn't work. The car that we were buying was perfect for my son, but because the communication and the way we were treated was so bad, I almost pulled out of the deal. He never even came over once the car was purchased to say “thank you” for the purchase at his dealership. Totally unprofessional. I have told this to many friends, family, business associates .
