Modern Auto takes incredible care of their inventory; even though it's used, your vehicle will look like it just rolled off the factory floor. Damian is a conscientious, knowledgeable salesperson and a really nice young man who will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. If he doesn't know the answer to a question, he will find out. Craig was also very supportive with a few small issues that had to be addressed before the car was ready to be picked up. I agree with other reviewers who characterize the service at Modern Auto Sales as attentive but not annoying. They want to find the right fit for each customer. If the magic doesn't happen there, I sincerely doubt they would pressure or try to coerce someone into settling for something else - just to get the sale. I would highly recommend Modern Auto to anyone who is in the market for a late-model, high quality pre-owned car. Loving my micro-SUV! More

I can honestly say that this was t must positive experience I've had at a car dealership. I was fortunate enough to get to work with Tim Lewis who is a great guy with a ton of positive energy. I found the truck I wanted on their website which was really helpful and easy to navigate. Closed the deal over the phone after doing a video call walk around. The best part was the fact that they made me a soft offer on my trade-in and honored the offer when I arrived. I figured all used car lots would try and weasel another $500-$1k out of me after I drove 2 hours to sign the paperwork. These guys showed a ton of integrity by offering me a fair price soft offer on my truck and honoring what they said when I arrived. I highly recommend this dealership. More
