This was by far the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle. Henry was polite, honest, and knowledgeable. He made the buying experience relaxing and personable. I never once felt pressured into a car or did I feel as if he was selling me a vehicle. He allowed us to drive a few different makes and models and let us compare and critique each one and gave us different bits of valuable information. After I had decided on the Equinox, Henry came back with a great number that we couldn't even think of turning down! We started the paperwork and had a snag due to my credit. But, luckily Steve from the finance department kept trying and gave me more options than I thought I had. Working my interest rate from 9.4 to a 6.1 and helping me stay well within my budget. Waited 2 hours for a simple oil change then was told my car took synthetic oil so I guess they were trying not to honor coupon and no one even cared that I was upset.
