We bought a jeep from them but we couldnt bri g it home so we said ok it needed wiring on the stereo and a window on rag top had been ripped they said had it ordered it would be ready for us to pick up on so we said ok it needed wiring on the stereo and a window on rag top had been ripped they said had it ordered it would be ready for us to pick up on march 4 we would be in town again wasn' tready it would nt two more days the sales person wont answer any calls finally we went by the service dept where the jeep was told it wasn't ready again so we told them put the top in the I'd put it on next the wiring for radio wasnt done it me two hrs to wire the radio and the top and windows took about two also i shouldve sent a bill to them for my labor still no one has even tried after three months to contact us about how is doing or anything WE NEVER DEAL THEM AGAIN More
down a month after purchase, nobody takes responsibility and they pawn you off to someone else. Second car I buy from them. One month after I got the car, the check engine light came on, I messaged the salesman to tell him, he told me to contact service dept but they had closed early so I called Monday. They tried telling me that it was over the 30 days from date of purchase (which it wasn't) The fuel pump went out, they billed it to the warranty and billed me the rest. They told me it'd be ready by a certain day, I called on the day they told me and they said the part hadn't even come in yet. No call from then to inform me on the situation. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! More

We purchased a vehicle from them,only to find out car was over priced and needed thousands of dollars in repair..they told us it would be fixed in so many days and weeks later we still waiting. I wouldn’t recommend this service department unless there is a drastic improvement in how it is run. For a business like yours to have repeat purchases but to have so many complaints about the service department repairs on recent or a little older purchase doesn’t inspire confidence and really ruins your reputation to be an all-around great dealership. Both sides should be working together for the satisfaction of the customer and the good of the business. Having to keep going back for the same problem 4 different times, having to pay several hundred dollars each time, being told it wasn’t the left CV joint and then being told the problem was repaired each time makes my experience with your service department a very unreliable one. Driving my vehicle after it was supposedly repaired only to have the problem still not fixed has made this an extremely expensive and highly irate experience for me. This service department is unprofessional and doesn’t seem to care about the customer. I have talked to the service manager every time about this and I’ve been told it isn’t the CV joints every time. There has also been a lack of detailing being done on my vehicle when I’ve picked it up. There are grease marks on the inside and outside of the doors and on the steering wheel. When a vehicle is brought in for repairs the service manager should be the one to speak to the owner of the vehicle about what has been happening with the car, including noises they are hearing and how it is handling. This involves a phone call which should be part of the vehicle intake procedure. Then the service manager or master mechanic should be the one going over the car and listing the problems found. After this, speak to the owner to let them know what is wrong, unless they already know, and what the estimate for repairs is. I understand the need to teach people who want to improve and/or further their skills in repairing vehicles and work in a service department but there needs to be at least one master mechanic to look over the repairs that are done and make sure nothing has been missed. This would include driving the vehicle to make sure it is running correctly. Otherwise the service department becomes a huge letdown to those of us who have purchased vehicles from your dealership not to mention the expense for problems still unresolved. Due to my unsatisfactory results in trying to get my vehicle repaired the way it should be at the business I purchased it at and the expense of multiple repair times with the main problem still unresolved I now have to go to another repair shop to have my vehicle fixed so it will be reliable again. More
