Avoid this dealer if you're on the road passing through and need emergency service. We were traveling and developed an issue with the engine cooling system and the car was overheating. Examination indicated a crack in the plastic cooling fill/reservoir, a fifteen minute replacement job more or less by all accounts. It was a few minutes after 4 pm on a Friday. Understandably, that late in the day, especially on a Friday I knew it was going to be an imposition but my local dealer always gives great service. Not so with this service department. I was told that if I couldn't bring it in on the following Monday there was nothing they would do for me. I reiterated that we were traveling and that wasn't a possibility but their attitude was 'sorry for your trouble - now scram'. On my fifth Hyundai and I've always gotten good performance and service. Just glad Modern is not my dealer, wouldn't want to deal with that service department. More
