I don't know I was satisfied with salesman but my experience with the sales mgr. left a bitter taste in my mouth. Almost two weeks later upon having a discussion w I was satisfied with salesman but my experience with the sales mgr. left a bitter taste in my mouth. Almost two weeks later upon having a discussion with the General mgr. I felt a little better but I wasn't totality satisfied with the payments of the vehicle I've purchased considering this was the third vehicle in the last six years made by the same manufacture and financed by the same company and my payment history has been excellent either on time or early. Richard's the bomb.com Richard rocks! Very kind, thorough, patient and caring! Dimitri I believe is the finance manager is rude and unprofessional, he overtalked myself and Richard rocks! Very kind, thorough, patient and caring! Dimitri I believe is the finance manager is rude and unprofessional, he overtalked myself and Richard frequently and forced us outside at 8pm while I was still on the phone with the credit union completing my loan while they closed the dealership. Awesome Experience @ Modern Hyundai I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived and Gary greeted me in a timely fashion to get the process started. It was, by far, the best car buying experience that I've had. Sorry I can't remember the guy in the back that I signed all of the paperwork with. However, he was excellent as well. He had our papers ready to go upon my entry and I was right back out of there and driving my new car! More

We test drove two vehicles and I went with my beautiful Santa Fe Sport. Buying a car normally is a horrible experience but thanks to Eddie and George I will be back for every car in the future.
