Great customer service I bought a 2013 Genesis from Modern Hyundai in December 2015. It has been great vehicle and we love it. There were some brown spots that recently deve I bought a 2013 Genesis from Modern Hyundai in December 2015. It has been great vehicle and we love it. There were some brown spots that recently developed on the bumpers. I could not remove them with cleaner/wax. At this point I called Chris Blalock, service manager for Modern. He examined the problem and with no questions said "I'll take care of the problem". I left the car with him and in a few days Matt Kenney called and told me it was fixed and I could pick it up at my convenience. When I arrived Kris Johnson was very helpful in making sure the work was done to my satisfaction, and it was. I appreciate not only the quality and promptness of the repair the the bumpers but even more their professionalism and kindness to my family and me. I leased my previous Hyundai from LKN Hyundai and was skeptical about visiting another dealership whereas I typically prefer to deal with the same dealership. After LKN Hyundai left a bad taste in my mouth upon my visit, I decided to purchase my new Hyundai from Modern. The staff were all excellent and were able to beat the prices I gathered from other dealers. I love my new vehicle (2016 Sonata Sport), and I look forward to visiting Modern Hyundai of Concord for service appointments. More
