Best car buying experience ever! This was by far the best new car buying experience I have ever encountered in my 50 years. From the professional sales staff (Alan Parker) to the sal This was by far the best new car buying experience I have ever encountered in my 50 years. From the professional sales staff (Alan Parker) to the sales floor manager (James Welborne) and the business manager (Anane Thabiti) I was treated with respect and got a great deal with no "haggling". I had been to two other dealers around NC the day prior and walked out of both due to them insulting my intelligence. The sad thing is one of those dealers I had purchased my last 2 Hyundais from and the sales person who I purchased those 2 vehicles from never returned my calls. I was basically told by the other dealers that I was crazy to think I could purchase my 2015 Santa Fe for what I felt was a fair price (as I had done extensive research on the web). From the moment I spoke with the Internet Sales Specialist, Staci Hopper at Modern Hyundai of Concord , and received my pricing from her, I knew I had found an honest reputable dealer that would stand behind their promotions and advertising. Any dealership is going to want to sell you a car when you go there, but I never felt pressured to have to make a decision I didn't feel comfortable with. Negotiations were rather straightforward and in the end the price was good. I was very happy with my experience, and so far I am very happy with my new car. I hope that the service department is as easy to work with as the sales department. More

Bought a 2015 Tucson from Darren Robinson and got a great deal with no haggling and in record time. Love, love, love this car! This is my third new Hyundai (going back to 2001) and I am a customer for life. Darren was so wonderful, pleasant, and very helpful every step of the way. We had a terrible experience at another car dealership that morning and Darren really restored my faith in the car buying process by that afternoon. For anyone considering a Hyundai (which are great, affordable cars by the way), please, please do yourself a favor and go see Darren! You won’t be disappointed. More

New car purchase I cannot rate the service department yet. I purchased the vehicle last Friday and today is Monday, 12/8/1014. I did call service at about 8:30 am this I cannot rate the service department yet. I purchased the vehicle last Friday and today is Monday, 12/8/1014. I did call service at about 8:30 am this morning to inquire why I had a red light on my dash. It is now 7:21 pm and no one ever returned that message that I left regarding what the lit icon meant. Beyond that issue, the purchase of the vehicle and the staff I dealt with were wonderful. The vehicle I purchased is far beyond my expectations. This is my first Hyundai, I have always driven premium vehicles and this one is great. I purchased the Sonata Limited and quite satisfied with it. I would highly recommend the dealership and their staff. The jury is still out on the service department after my experience of not receiving a call. The light is still lit on my dash and still waiting for a returned call as to why. More
