I first contacted Modern Motors by requesting an online quote. Edwin got back to me quickly and was very helpful in outlining the different prices and options on several Mazda3 trim levels. He did not bother me with incessant requests for test drives or suggestions for different vehicles, which I had experienced at other dealerships. We exchanged several emails before I decided to go in for a test drive. Once I got to the dealership, Kim Gelada was friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and it was clear that Edwin had made her aware of the discussions he and I had already had so we didn't have to re-hash everything. Again, this was a vast improvement over my experience with other dealerships. Throughout the process I felt like Modern Motors actually cared that I was there to potentially purchase a car from their dealership and that level of service and comfort probably contributed as much to my decision to buy the car as the car itself. It didn't hurt that they gave me what I consider to be an excellent price. Overall an exceptional experience that will put Modern Motors on the top of my list for any future car purchases. More

I PURCHASED A NEW MAZDA 3 AND MY SALESPERSON, EDWIN, THOROUGHLY REVIEWED EVERYTHING WITH ME BEFORE I LEFT WITH MY NEW CAR. HE WENT OVER THE BOOKLETS, THE FEATURES OF THE CAR, INTRODUCED ME TO THE SERVICE MGR. HE EVEN DID ALL THE SETTINGS IN THE CAR AND SYNCED MY PHONE TO THE BLUE TOOTH FEATURE (WHICH WAS A NICE SURPRISE TO ME).
