Recently, my car got totaled due to a hit a run accident and I was in the market to purchase a quality car quickly without additional aggravation. Through Autotrader, I was diverted to Modern Mazda in Thomaston, 45 minutes from my location, because it possessed a gently owned certified 2024 MX-30 Turbo. Fortunately, I was assigned to Stephen Duffy, who paid close attention to what I was looking for in a replacement car and presented me with options. I scheduled an appointment to view available cars on Friday afternoon. When I reached the dealership, Stephen was still working hard with another customer, and instead of making me wait in the customer waiting area, he arranged for his sales manager, Mike, to fill in and take me for the test drive. It was refreshing that this dealership valued my time. Mike, was pleasant and informative and when the test drive concluded, Stephen was free and ready to assist. No wasted time. I decided to purchase the vehicle that afternoon and Stephen, Mike and the rest of the team worked together to get me significantly improved loan terms to my own personal bank rate and made special arrangements so that I can drive the new car off the lot the next day because I was currently renting a car. But Modern Mazda’s exceptional service did not stop there. When I got home with the car, I noticed a hard to see small tear in the seat upholstery. Stephen and Mike looked at the pictures that I had sent them, and they immediately told me that their upholstery repair specialist would fix it. Moder Mazda stood by its product and customer, whatever it takes to make the customer happy. In the future, I will buy all my cars through this dealership. More

After trying a few other dealerships in the area and not finding the right fit or feeling pressured to buy immediately, I scheduled an appointment to see a CX-50 hybrid at Modern Mazda. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. I worked with salesman Steve Duffy, who thoroughly showed me the CX-50 hybrid I was interested in, explaining all its features in detail. We went for a quick test drive, and then it was time to do everyone’s favorite thing, discuss numbers… Modern Mazda prides itself on a transparent and non-pushy sales approach, and they truly delivered on this promise! This was the most stress-free car buying experience I've ever had. I never felt pressured to make a decision or buy anything I wasn't comfortable with. Steve patiently explained the differences between leasing and financing and presented me with several pricing options. When I wasn't completely satisfied with the initial offers, he asked about my target payment. He then spoke with the sales manager, and they were able to meet my desired price point! I accepted the offer, and the finance process was equally smooth and straightforward (though I unfortunately can't recall the name of the person who assisted me). I can't thank Modern Mazda enough for making the entire process so easy and transparent. I absolutely love my new car and will definitely be a returning customer for future purchase! More

While we were waiting the sales manager Mike came introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. Upon meeting Stephen we made small talk and brought the car out for a test drive. He gave us route options that would allow for me to simulate my daily driving. After the test drive we sat and talked numbers and were able to hatch out a deal that worked financially for our family. What pleasure meeting with her and having someone so knowledgeable, understanding, and concerned with our wants and needs for our new vehicle. She took time with us through the whole process, answered all questions, concerns and based on our experience with her and the deals hip we decided to purchase the new vehicle. The sales manager and finance manager informed us that they had a much better loan rate than even provided by our credit union( that we were pre-approved through).
