Recently bought a used a car at Modern Mazda, I walked in and met Steve Duffy. I had nothing set up in advance. I purchased the car I wanted at a straight forward no hassle , no hidden fee , no mark up , and and met Steve Duffy. I had nothing set up in advance. From there the staff completed the sale and I drove off their lot in my car. I was put under absolutely no pressure to buy anything and I wasn’t pressured into a payment method be it a finance or paid in full options. They worked with me on how I wanted to pay. I felt in control of the buying process and felt I was sold a great car at a great price. They clearly work as a team at Modern Mazda streamlining the sale process , while we did the transaction other staff prepped and readied the vehicle. One of the easiest car purchases I ever made.
