We just bought our first Mazda and we could not be more pleased with our buying experience! We were directed to Modern Mazda by TrueCar and I was rather impressed by the comfortable and open design of the pleased with our buying experience! She did all the paperwork and even communicated directly with our car insurance company. Everything she did made our experience easy and enjoyable. I learned that the sales personnel do not work on commission, so we never felt pressured to upgrade or choose a different car. By the time we were done, Modern Mazda had completely set up the insurance and financing and even put on the new license plates before we left the lot. We will definitely be going back when we're in need of a new car. More

Not the best experience. They are selling pre owned cars before going through service inspection. Deposited on car, inspected after was not told car had not been inspected. Costly repair comes up then they want $1000 more for the car while at the SAME time listing the car online for $500 less than deposited for. Lots of excuses and xx. Sadly would not go back to this dealer they are obviously just pushing out sales so not trust worthy. Sales person was great so not her fault this is all at the sales manager level. More

He knew Mazdas inside and out and thought to tell me things before and after my purchase that I wouldn’t even have thought to ask.
