Steve was so great when I took delivery; he made sure I understood everything about the car and the process. He is an upbeat, enthusiastic guy who was just so pleasant to work with. I am most grateful of all to Mike, Sales Manager, who was so proactive in listening to what I had been through and in really trying to make things so much easier for me.
