Went to Modern mazda looking for a CX5, I had a lot of questions. Steve Duffy was my sales representative. I enjoyed walking into a dealership being promptly greeted and assigned a sales person. We were assigned Kim who we told what wanted and within five minutes Kim showed us the CX3 which was too small. greeted and assigned a sales person. I just purchased my second Mazda with Modern Mazda. I brought the Mazda I bought with them back in 2017 to trade in. There is a reason I went back: they do not gouge prices, they are a CPO seller, and I brought the Mazda I bought with them back in 2017 to trade in. There is a reason I went back: they do not gouge prices, they are a CPO seller, and I’ve never felt pressured or stressed when shopping or buying with them. This time I worked with Steve Duffy, who stayed late with me and my husband to make sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision after we left. He communicated with me via email and phone afterward to negotiate, and ultimately I have a new CPO Mazda and have had my second successful and pleasant buying experience with this dealership. Definitely recommend. Shoutout to the service department, as well. I had a small, warranty-covered issue shortly after buying and they got my car in quickly, were communicative by text throughout the repair process — even sending me a video of my car — and I couldn’t be happier.
