My wife and I stopped into modern Mazda inquiring about a CX5 brochure a few weeks ago. Natalie, (soon to be our Mazda product specialist) said sir we haven’t published them for a few years now, whic CX5 brochure a few weeks ago. Natalie, (soon to be our Mazda product specialist) said sir we haven’t published them for a few years now, which makes a lot of sense. She is very knowledgeable. Took her time was able to answer our questions around the CX5. Engaged her teammates as needed. I would rate her knowledge, performance a 10. She did not mention this survey before hand. This is the best automobile sales experience We ever had. More

I went to Modern Mazda on November 3rd and we are very happy that we did. We worked with Stephen Duffy who is an outstanding sales person for Modern Mazda. He helped us along with every step of the process of purchasing a car. We purchased a certified pre owned car but the way they took care of the car it feels brand new. Even after purchasing the car we were helped by the finance manager Nick Gagain to find out the best warranty package to choose from that was affordable for us. I recommend Modern Mazda in Thomaston to anyone looking for either a pre owned or new car. More
