Unlike the majority of car dealerships I've been to over the years, I was never once pressured by my salesperson Abbey. It sounds cliche, but she honestly made the car buying experience pleasurable. Before going to Abbey, my old car was on its last leg. I wanted to be prepared to pull the trigger on a new car when my beater finally broke down for good. Instead of pressuring me to make an immediate purchase, Abbey understood and respected my timeline and situation. She answered every question I needed answered and kept me updated with the ever-changing inventory. When the time came to finally make the pruchase, we were able to come to a deal within minutes. Like I said earlier, I could not be more happy with my experience with Abbey and Modern Mazda in general.
