I have been a long-time customer at Modern Mazda. During a recent maintenance visit to their service department, extensive rust was found under my 2009 Mazda 6; we were suddenly placed into car shopp During a recent maintenance visit to their service department, extensive rust was found under my 2009 Mazda 6; we were suddenly placed into car shopping mode. Car shopping? Supply chain issues? High demand/low inventory? Needless to say, I was not looking forward to doing this. Marc (the service advisor) put me in touch with Jose Medina in their sales department. Jose is great, very knowledgeable and no high pressure sales pitches to worry about; he made the whole process easy. The staff we worked with on purchase/pick up day were all friendly, professional and understanding. Jose called me a few days afterwards to check on how I liked the car and if I had any concerns; I am totally impressed with his follow through and genuine concern about my purchase.
