I walked into Modern Mazda thinking I was going to deal with "typical car sales people", practice my bargaining skills, and get easily frustrated. However, it was the exact opposite. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and made the experience awesome. The facility was clean, safe, and technologically up to date. Joel was not pushy and made the purchasing process as quick and as painless as he possibly could. I had the option of taking home my car that day or coming back for it. He gave me his contact information and continuously told me to reach out with any questions or just pop by if I needed him to run through anything with me. All-in-all, I looked forward to seeing Joel again and coming back for the car. He was professional, but still fun to work with. I'll also give a shout out to Jessica Deedon, their finance manager. She was great to work with as well and was not aggressive when reviewing payments and vehicle add-ons. Jessica simply provided me with the information and let me choose the best option for myself. Working with Joel and the team at Modern Mazda makes me want to go back and work with them for everything - Whether it's services on my current car or thinking about purchasing a new car down the road.
