Great car buying experience! Just got home with a new 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 and couldn't be more pleased with the experience I had at Modern Mazda. The associate we worked with (John Just got home with a new 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 and couldn't be more pleased with the experience I had at Modern Mazda. The associate we worked with (John "Fish" Salmon) was very helpful and informative, regardless of the fact that we happened to do our test drives and vehicle pickup on the coldest days we've had recently. Although I chose to sell my old car privately, I felt we did very well on the new car pricing with minimal haggling. The car was ready for pickup as promised and paperwork was done as quickly and professionally as possible. I love the car (so far) and am looking forward to maintaining a relationship with Modern Mazda for years to come. More

Very positive experience! I purchased a jeep( used) for my son a year and a half ago, and it was a no nonsense transaction. The salesman ( Ali) was professional, and considerate. My son has been very happy with his vehicle. A year and a half later I was considering purchasing a vehicle for myself. I wanted something with all wheel ( or 4 wheel) drive, and fuel efficiency. I had not looked anywhere. I knew I had a good experience at Moden Mazda, and ( Ali) so that is where I decided to go. It is conveniently located for me ( if I ever need service) but I can go to any mazda dealer. I arrived at the dealership, and Ali not only remembered me ( a year and a half later) he also remembered my son, and even recalled stories I had shared with him. That confirmed to me, that I was in good hands. He does what he promises, and once again, the transaction was pleasant and positive. I purchased the car that I wanted, and even though Ali was very busy on the day that I wanted to take delivery ( which is a testament to his salesmanship) He was upfront with me about how busy he anticipated being that day, which allowed me to decide to go at a time that would work for both of us. When I arrived , he had a few customers ahead of me, as well as about 7 or 8 sets of keys on his desk ( for people taking delivery) and he was apologetic. I was so happy to see he was busy, which means he was not only connecting people with their dream cars, he was being successful at his job.. He offered me pizza while I waited, which I was so grateful for, as I had skipped lunch. The manager was very personable, as was everyone I came in contact with. I would highly recommend Modern Mazda. Ask for Ali and tell him Robin sent you ! More

Great professional experience buying our new dodge. Went to Modern Dodge Ram just to look around!! You know how that goes. I was greeted with professionalism and a great smile. Ali Riley of modern asked what we were looking for. He gave us some time to explain without interrupting us at all. We weren't sure if we were looking for something used or new. Ali showed us a couple new trucks in which we were getting excited about. We never felt rushed and Ali was very patient with us. It was the first time we ever looked for a vehicle and didn't feel intimidated and he never made me feel like I had to make a quick decision. I was not pressured at all. He offered us to take the new truck for a ride. Well of course we fell in love with our new RED RAM 1500 night edition. I have to say that everyone at the dealership including the girls who worked at the desks and Mark in finance were so personable and friendly. I was never so relaxed buying a vehicle like I was at modern. I felt like I knew Ali forever. Straight shooters no tricks no false advertising couldn't of had a better experience. We traded in our mazda MX5 and was more than happy with our trade in value. When they say welcome to the Dodge family I felt like I was part of the family. A great place to do business with.
