Just bought used! Vinny Valenti and all the staff at Modern Mazda Dodge Ram in Thomaston, Ct were a pleasure to work with. It was our first time dealing with this Deale Vinny Valenti and all the staff at Modern Mazda Dodge Ram in Thomaston, Ct were a pleasure to work with. It was our first time dealing with this Dealership and from the get go we were presented with excellent customer service. We found a used truck (Dodge Ram 1500/2012) we were interested in and called Modern. We spoke with Vinny Valenti who in turn forwarded us a video he took of the inside and outside of the used truck we were interested in. We received this video within 24 hrs of our phone call. It was a help to review the video and hear Vinny tell us about the truck. We then made the one hour trek from Storrs to Thomaston to get more information. We were greeted at the door by a professional and well dressed staff who welcomed us and provided us with any and all the information we were looking for. No pressures. Extremely friendly (and they love dogs too)!! The show room and offices were neat and clean, well let and we felt comfortable. Financially we were presented with great numbers, an awesome trade in value on our truck and in the end making the decision to purchase from Modern. I would highly recommend anyone to check them out and go and have a chat with them. More

Vinny was awesome, we were in a bit of a hurry so he told us how to do an application online and we told him that we would see him the next day. That night, we received a video text message of the truck and everything it has and Vinny said, this is so you can look at the truck in the comfort of home during our decision making process. That was the best. There was never any "car salesman pressure" put on us at any time and I was so happy about that. Needless to say, we got the truck, Vinny is my new car salesman, would recommend Modern to family and friends and they will get our business again if we are ever looking to purchase another vehicle.
