I couldn't be happier with my experience with Modern Mazda! I've bought 3 Mazda's in the past from other Mazda dealerships, and worked with a few others while exploring for this purchase... Everything just felt more laid back, and I could tell they were working for me vs working to sell me. The business manager and sales manager were both great, and our sales rep Abbey was phenomenal! 11/10 for her, she really went the extra mile. I will 1000% be buying future Mazda's with Abbey and Modern Mazda. They got a customer for life today! More

He went way beyond the expected when he picked me up at home, because I didn’t have a car to get to the dealership, when he spent hours explaining the car, its workings, it’s technology system, the entertainment system, the navigation system, etc. He set up my cable radio and went over numerous safety features, key entry options, GPS set-up and use, Apple Car Play and other tech aspects of the car-in most cases, over and over again, with great patience and understanding of my pre-tech era weaknesses.
