Out $4000 and not fixed I am not happy at all with my service to my Pathfinder. Spent $4000 dollars on a new transmission was told it would fix problem. It has been in 4 ti I am not happy at all with my service to my Pathfinder. Spent $4000 dollars on a new transmission was told it would fix problem. It has been in 4 times in 5 weeks and still same problem so that tells me it was not transmission and really have no proof that a new one was even put in. Same issues arose 4 times this weekend. Moral of the story, I will never buy anything from modern Nissan of Concord and will be very hard pressed to buy a Nissan period if this is how the "fix" things. More
my husband and I have been to a few dealerships and they have tried to help us, or so they say, but never really got approved or we never saw the will to help on their managers so I am really grateful and w have tried to help us, or so they say, but never really got approved or we never saw the will to help on their managers so I am really grateful and will definitely recommend this dealer, its the best because they understood exactly our situation and did try to help us, showing us different options and finally got us a great deal on a great car. i'm extremely happy, can't thank them enough. 3/3/14 More
Wanted to get a key programmed I had bought the key from Nissan dealership off highway 74, they cut it but did not program it, (an issue for another day) Brought it to the dealership in concord, met by the Nissan dealership off highway 74, they cut it but did not program it, (an issue for another day) Brought it to the dealership in concord, met by the manager Chris Blalock, " who says it will be done in 30 minutes, I waited for an hour and almost twenty minutes, so I went to check on what's taking so long he had my key on the side, serving other customers who had just come in then he nonchalantly says it did not work, so I wait another 15 or so minutes for hime to get the service at hand taken care of, he promptly charges me and does not blink states, he offered the service that I had requested, but it was my fault the key did not work, so I inquire about a purchasing a key from the him, to which he says it will run me around $100. I then checked with the parts and the sample key was going to be around $30 if they had it, I got help from a great service attendant. I went to the Nissan dealership off Statesville and they programed it for me for only $37.. This is not the first time I went to Nissan of Concord and being disappointed by the service team, headed by Chris Blalock. More
I just moved to Charlotte so i looked for a Nissan Dealer on the internet. I called Modern Nissan and they were very nice and polite on the phone.They gave me an appointment for two days later. when I arrive on the internet. I called Modern Nissan and they were very nice and polite on the phone.They gave me an appointment for two days later. when I arrived I almost felt as though they were waiting for me to get there. Mr. Kenney was very professional but friendly. My car was ready in less than a half hour. This was the fastest service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. This is not my first Nissan so I have been doing business with Nissan dealer for a few years. This was by far the best service I have ever had. I will continue to take my car to Modern Nissan and look no further for another dealership. More
