I had an excellent experience for my first visit to Modern Nissan of Lake Norman. Christian greeted me as I was walking up to the door, showed me what I was looking for, got the ball rolling and I was Modern Nissan of Lake Norman. Chris in Finance finalized the deal and Christian had the car fueled, cleaned, and ready to roll faster than I have ever experienced. In my opinion, this car purchasing experience was the best I'd ever had hands down! More

Text need a credit app OK I did that going to need a security half way there get a text truck is not at that location it's over a hour away but they can do the paperwork. Get last text oh truck is no longer available. Not happy with this place.I have brought 3 different vehicles from Modern in Winston and this happens. Done with Modern anything More

After 4 attempts on buying an Ayria, it didn’t work out and they decided not to match 4 other dealerships on my trade in. Sale was lost over $1000 they refused to match. The salesman Perry Flythe did a fin and they decided not to match 4 other dealerships on my trade in. Sale was lost over $1000 they refused to match. The salesman Perry Flythe did a fine job but dealership dropped the ball and Taryn Bordanaro disappointed me on what could have been a sale. She knew my name every time I came there. More
