Either presented sub standard used trucks or added hidden "fees". We went to Modern Nissan thinking it was just another dealership. Were we wrong! David and Chris were outstanding. Gave us the price on the truck we were looking at and also the price on a new truck. Ended up with a brand new truck at great price. To prove how much we trusted them, we did not drive the truck until we drove it off the lot. Great team. I will send everyone I know to this dealership and will visit them for my next vehicle. The Z has tricky little clips to extract the battery that neither Advance nor I was interested in breaking in order to change the battery out. Called Modern & was invited to drive right in without an appointment. They took the car in immediately, changed the battery out for me at a comparable $90 price, with no labor charge. They also hand washed the car for me as an added benefit of bringing my car there. This was my 1st visit to Modern and it was a productive & pleasant experience. The Service Manager was competent, polite, respectful & awesome in general. The service experience gets an overall A+ from me. More

Highest Integrity I've been considering a new Nissan Leaf because of the distance I have to travel to and from work everyday and the amount of money I spend on gas. Eve I've been considering a new Nissan Leaf because of the distance I have to travel to and from work everyday and the amount of money I spend on gas. Even though the dealership worked out a great deal for me on the car and I was ready to buy, Jason Spruill insisted that I take the car home overnight to be absolutely certain I was comfortable with the car. The car's range on a full charge isn't much more than my drive to and from work, and he wanted to make sure I would not sweat the range on a normal working day. He was right, and I didn't have quite the range I thought I would. That is, the range on the car itself is fine, but I drive further on a day to day basis than I had previously thought. When I brought the car back, Jason completely understood my concerns and did not try to pressure me into finishing the sale and having to adjust my life around a new car, rather than the other way around. Where any other dealership and any other salesman would have been happy to just make a sale and xxxx the consequences, the integrity Jason Spruill and Modern Nissan of Lake Norman have is a refreshing change from the usual car buying experience. I did not buy a car from Modern Nissan. Not yet. But I would still recommend them as your first stop for an honest and fair car buying experience. More
