He was very friendly, took the time to help show me the vehicle multiple times and also provided his cell phone number so I could ask him questions outside of working hours. Tyrone and The general manager Kevin were very upfront and honest about the pricing of the vehicle. We didn't have to haggle about the price. Before purchasing the vehicle, the dealership suggested we take the car home overnight and see if it was the right fit for us. They even said, "there will be no hard feelings if you return and don't want the car." What dealership does that??? I will tell everyone I know to check out Lake Norman Modern Nissan when purchasing a car. More

I have purchased cars in the past and have had the worst experience ever but at Modern Nissan of Lake Norman it was not like that. When I arrived at the dealership everyone acted just like they did on the phone, very outstanding experience. The car was just like they described and the numbers we discussed on the phone was the same on paper when I got there. They treated me as a friend and not a customer, every dealership in the US should be this way. I would also like to mention that their prices was some of the best I could find in the southeast. I would definitely recommend this dealership and their salesmen to anyone. They will get my next purchase in the future. My wife loved her Christmas present....New 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL...
