Well this was my first car purchase from a dealership. We all have heard and read the horror stories so I was a pretty nervous. I was especially nervous because I drove 2 hours after work to get to Modern Ni all have heard and read the horror stories so I was a pretty nervous. I spoke with a lovely lady named Lacy throughout the day and we came to an agreement on price and I kept my fingers crossed that the car would still be available by the time I arrived at 7pm. Even though they close at 8pm they were very warm and welcoming when I arrived. The manager Keith was wonderful! I had the pleasure of working with the top salesman Joe Joy. He was very friendly, honest and trusting. We test drove the car, chatted a bit and then the time came to discuss numbers. He went to talk to Keith and all I was thinking was Lord please don't let him return with a number higher than what I was told prior to coming because I will surely drive back home without the car. I must say I was more than pleased and impressed when Joe came back with the EXACT number Lacy and I discussed! Not one dollar more. I must admit I fell in loveee with this whole team. The experience was a breeze. My father says it is the best experience he has ever had with dealerships. I got my ideal car for the best price on the market. I got it for about $6000 under MSRP price. Also, Reggie in the financing dept was very friendly as well. They are truly killing the competition! Believe me I am a real person and I had real concerns that were silenced the second I arrived. Good luck with your purchase of a Nissan. For me, I will always purchase with Modern Nissan, specifically in Winston Salem, because of my experience there.
