If someone would like to talk to me they are welcome to contact me and I'll be glad to share many other times I've had both of my nissans in for service with bad experiences. I also contacted Shattalon Tire about my headlight problem and they gave me an installed price of $640 that's a BIG DIFFERENCE THAN $1,090 NISSAN QUOTED ME!

If you will read their reply to EVERYONE of the complaints about bad service THEY ALWAYS REPLY: Your experience is not reflective of the service we aim to provide. As a Nissan Dealer it is your responsibility to know which vehicles you can and cannot sell. I was told the recall was was a non-issue on numerous occasions including day of pickup. The issue IS and WAS NEVER the stop sale on the vehicle. The issue was the poor communication of the stop sale and the refusal to return signed agreement after the stop stop sale. Had this been properly communicated and the sale paperwork destroyed there would not have been an issue. Instead you wasted my families time and held the signed agreement hostage.
