I made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation service last week. Was told it would take 1.5 hour. I had to get a baby sitter to get my car serviced. After 1.5 hours I checked in and they rotation service last week. Was told it would take 1.5 hour. I had to get a baby sitter to get my car serviced. After 1.5 hours I checked in and they had not even started working on my vehicle. I only went to the dealership this go around bc a service pack was purchased for me. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Won’t be returning. More

The service department is extremely slow. Each time I have come for basic service, with an appointment, it has taken HOURS. Today I have an appointment for 1:30 to have my tire checked as I had picked up a nail. I arrived at 1:14, checked in and the wait was on. At 4:23 I was finally told the nail was to close to the edge and could not plugged and I would have to get new tires, but of course they did not have my size tire in stock. It took 3 hours for them to look at the tire and deliver that information. Its crazy, but always like this. The service consultants are nice, no issue with customer service, but the wait times for basic issues with an appointment are just ridiculous. It like they are just over loaded with appointments/vehicles instead of making time for fewer cars each day. I know for me, I would prefer to have to wait for an appointment over a couple of days then to have to wait hours just to learn they are unable to fix my car. More
