Bought a brand new car here 4 months ago and come down here to get a broken trunk latch fixed for them to tell me they don't keep the parts here that it'll have to be ordered and they can't fix it if it's here to get a broken trunk latch fixed for them to tell me they don't keep the parts here that it'll have to be ordered and they can't fix it if it's not physically out even when I have pictures and it won’t physically let you shut the trunk when it falls out. Mind you, I called to schedule the appointment and explained exactly what was wrong and nobody said anything of the such. Wasted a trip and time down here. More
