The overall experience at Toyota was great. The part I appreciate the most is how comfortable I was made to feel throughout the whole process. They felt comfortable talking with him and he was relaxed enough to take a few jokes thrown at him. My husband was not there the first day and Matt understood the need for his opinion. Matt worked it so that I could take the car home so that my husband could have a chance to analyze the situation. Matt's personality is perfect for the job that he does. As always my experience at Modern Toyota was nothing but excellent. Great customer service and in and out in a very short time. This is the way you buy a car in the 21st century. You look online , find a great price. Call the dealer and talk to a salesman who gives you the actual cost, financing options, and tells you he will get look online , find a great price.
